Getting there
Ferry across the Tagus, then the seasonal beach train along the Costa da Caparica. Praia 19 is a numbered beach, not a bar you can see from the road in Lisbon.
When it's active

What to know
Check that the beach train is running that week. Out of season the numbering system is still there and the party is not.
